Aiding Hearts has set out to raise funds and educate the public about ARVD. We hold fundraising events throughout the year in order to raise these funds. Some of the money raised is used to initiate ARVD seminars to educate the public about the disease. We started our mission by forming a school club, but now we have formed our own corporation in order to maximize our fundraising efforts.
Since the team established Aiding Hearts in 2014, we have held a number of fundraisers. We have organized fundraising booths at a Kids Helping Kids event, Agoura High School V-day, and Broadway Night. Through our booths, online fundraiser, and Charity Night, we have raised over $11,000 (as corporation). Through our events and this website, we aim to raise awareness of ARVD and contribute funds for research.
Currently, we are looking to set up fundraisers through local restaurants. We are also exploring the possibility of holding informational seminars in the upcoming years.
